Per Plane Stats

Each plane is its own small galaxy — a self-contained cluster of sectors linked to the other planes only through wormholes. Every plane is generated with its own properties: how distorted or stable its space is, how strong a Federation presence patrols it, how much NPC/pirate activity roams it, and how many wormhole links tie it back to the rest of the galaxy.
